ChiTu DLP Slicer

Chitu3d’s latest 3D printer controller is based on DLP projector solidification or light-curing resin of near UV photopolymers

In Digital Light Processing (DLP), a vat of liquid polymer is exposed to light from a DLP projector. The exposed liquid polymer hardens. The build plate then moves down in small increments and the liquid polymer is again exposed to light. The process repeats until the model has been built.

DLP is a much faster printing process that is capable of printing very high resolution models – each 0.1 mm thick needs about 8 seconds to cure.

How does it work?

A DLP 3D printer utilize powerful DLP projector to shine onto a thin section of photo-initiated polymer resin. The result is a quick solid cure of the entire layer in one operation and each time a layer is cured a moveable bed is raised up in the Z Axis.

Firmware update only need to update.cbd into the U disk, power restart, the motherboard will be updated to complete the update, the firmware will not repeat the update

Machine parameters can click on the file -> right -> compile to modify, modify is complete, print the file to complete the configuration
